Payment Methods
- Only Visa and Master Card payments are accepted.
- Direct Bank Deposit, (Available for guests booking 21 or more days prior to arrival)
Booking Deposit
- The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the stay.
- 50% deposit is calculated based on totals included taxes (if any) cleaning and security deposit.
Payment Balance
- The balance of payment is due 90 days prior to arrival.
- Booking Cancellation Conditions
- Cancellation 90 or more days prior to arrival, all payments (less a 250 USD cancellation fee) are refunded.
- Cancellation 90 days or less prior to arrival, payments only refunded if the property is re-rented. A $250.00USD cancellation fee will apply.
